About Glow and Tell

Glow and Tell Esthetics was founded in January of 2023, shortly after my 22nd birthday, and officially opening just a month later on February 28, 2023. It was a spur of the moment decision fueled by something that happened to me at work (at a very popular waxing chain) that made me realize I was fed up, and things needed to change asap. While I may not be able to change the entire industry, I can at least run my business in a way I truly believe is ethical and fair to both myself and my clients, giving them the experience they should be getting for such intimate services. Having people trust me with their bodies is truly a privilege I'll never take for granted.

During the summer of 2026, the studio got a major facelift! New color scheme, entirely new interior, same Glow and Tell experience you love. I've been actively searching for a new space to expand my business and bring on a team, but this is unfortunately proving much more difficult than I could have ever imagined. It's been over 3 years of G&T, and she was in desperate need of an upgrade, to both the quality of equipment and to turn her into something that better aligns with who I am today. I am very proud of how far I've come despite the long road ahead, and I thank you for being a part of this journey!

Meet the Team

Glow and Tell Esthetics was established by Kaylee in January of 2023.

Kaylee H.

Kaylee began her journey in the beauty industry in 2016, attending vocational school through her high school. In 2017, she began working in the industry at a local salon as an assistant. Switching salons several times, she found that this was not the path she wanted to take. In 2020, she decided to give waxing a try, and it ended up being the best decision she's ever made. She is incredibly passionate about her craft, and feels very fortunate that she can do something she loves as a career. Making people feel comfortable for something that's generally regarded as uncomfortable is something she takes tremendous pride in.

Outside of the studio, Kaylee is an avid PC gamer and enjoys watching anime, traveling, and spending time with her very spoiled cat.
