About Glow and Tell

Glow and Tell Esthetics was founded in January of 2023 by Kaylee, shortly after her 22nd birthday, officially opening just a month later on February 28, 2023. It was a spur of the moment decision fueled by something that happened to her at work (at a very popular waxing chain) that made her realize she was fed up, and things needed to change asap. While may not be able to change the industry alone, she can at least run her business in a way she truly believes is ethical and fair to both herself and her clients.

After 2 years of doing it alone, Kaylee wasn't ashamed to admit she needed a bit of help, and the most perfect person had been standing in front of her the entire time! Rose and Kaylee had worked together at a waxing chain a few years ago, and loved each other from the moment they met. They stayed in touch for years, keeping each other updated on their individual journeys in the esthetics world. Kaylee realized that it would be mutually beneficial for them to work together, so in January of 2025, she started the process of joining forces! Everything started to fall into place so perfectly, and we really wondered why we didn't think to do this sooner. We are so excited to be working together to bring you the best brows & most comfortable waxes!

Despite the long road ahead, we are proud of where Glow and Tell is today. We are incredibly grateful for all of our clients and friends, and we are honored that so many people trust us with such intimate services. Meet the Team

Glow and Tell Esthetics was established by Kaylee in January of 2023.

Rosemary joined the team in April of 2025.

Founder

Kaylee H.

Kaylee began her journey in the beauty industry in 2016, attending vocational school through her high school. In 2017, she began working in the industry at a local salon as an assistant. Switching salons several times, she found that this was not the path she wanted to take. In 2020, she decided to give waxing a try, and it ended up being the best decision she's ever made. She is incredibly passionate about her craft, and feels very fortunate that she can do something she loves as a career. Making people feel comfortable for something that's generally regarded as uncomfortable is something she takes tremendous pride in.

Outside of the studio, Kaylee is an avid PC gamer and enjoys watching anime, traveling, and spending time with her very spoiled cat.

Rosemary R.

Rosemary started her esthetics journey in 2020 after graduating from the Salon Professional Academy. She began working at a popular waxing chain, where she discovered her passion for brows. Wanting to expand her knowledge, she received an internship at a brow bar where she learned lamination, tinting, and lash lifts. Several years and a few certifications later, Rosemary is now an incredible brow artist and specialist. She is extremely passionate in what she does and is a big believer of beauty being not only about how you look, but how you feel, and she is so grateful for every client she gets to help feel better in their own skin.

Outside of the studio, Rosemary enjoys hanging out with her pets, taking care of her house jungle of plants, consuming caffeine, and the occasional chaotic art project.
