Location Info
Glow and Tell Esthetics is not a storefront, it is a salon suite. It is located inside of the Salons by JC building in the Target plaza on route 35. If the door is closed, please do not knock. Have a seat in the chairs by the receptionist's desk and we will be with you shortly. We are suite 2, right in front.
If you are lost, there is a video detailing exactly how to find the studio on Instagram (@glowandtellnj). It is the second slide of the pinned photo of the door. We rarely can take phone calls, but we will get back to texts or voicemails as soon as possible if you're still having trouble.
Policies
Cancellation/no-show policy: After one no show or several cancellations, a 50% retainer will be required to secure all future appointments. This fee will be applied to the total cost of services at checkout. Appointments secured with a retainer can be rescheduled up to one time. Cancelling/rescheduling within two hours or failure to appear will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Grace period: Clients are granted a 5 minute grace period; anyone arriving later may be asked to reschedule or wait until the next available opening. At the ten minute mark, the appointment is classified as a no show and will be cancelled. Any preparatory actions, such as restroom use, must be completed prior to the appointment start time.
Please note that Glow and Tell Esthetics is located relatively close to the beach (we have parking, don't worry)! Please be sure to account for summer traffic when coming to your appointment. The 5 minute grace period still applies, and you may be asked to reschedule or wait until the next available slot.
We are handicap accessible and have a handicap accessible bathroom.
Children are not permitted in the suite, and guests may be asked to wait in the waiting room.
Intimate services (such as full butt, brazilian waxes, and vajacials) can only be performed on individuals over 18. Bikini line is permitted for those 16 and up.
We offer waxing for ALL bodies. To ensure proper scheduling, the Brazilian (P) is booked exclusively via text. Please reach out to Kaylee directly to inquire about booking.
Once completed, services are non-refundable.
